What's your delivery time?
Standard furniture delivery takes 7-10 working days. Express delivery (3-5 days) is available for an additional fee. Mattresses typically ship within 3-5 days.
Do I need to assemble the furniture?
Yes, most of our furniture requires assembly. We provide clear instructions and all necessary tools. White glove delivery with assembly is available for an additional charge.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused furniture can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (minus shipping). Assembled furniture may be subject to a restocking fee. Mattresses must be unopened for returns.
Do you offer mattress warranties?
Yes, our mattresses come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. Foam mattresses have a 5-year guarantee against sagging over 1.5 inches.
